Dear Distributor,

In our ongoing effort to serve you better, we are pleased to announce the expanded capability of our website (www.automann.com). The new website offers many user friendly features including announcements, online catalog, order entry, and account management. These features are exclusively for existing customers and it requires logging on with an email address and a password. The announcements section of the site will contain a PDF version of all the recent product and news updates in one place making it easy for distributors to always stay current.

The online catalog and order entry system work together making it effortless to find and order the parts you need. The system can be searched by Automann #, Alternate # (OE and competitor #s), Description, and Keyword. The system also allows distributors to browse through the entire product range by drilling down on the appropriate product categories. Each item lists the customers’ unique price, real time stock position, and in many cases has an image with all the relevant dimensional information.

Once a part has been identified, customers can request a quote, create and save a shopping list, or submit an order. Multiple shopping lists can be saved and modified on an ongoing basis. The account management section under “My Account” allows distributors to review open orders, invoices, accounts receivable, quotes, and purchase history.
