• Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor’s degree in  Materials Engineering, Metallic Material Engineering with 5 years of experience
• Validate product details against the corresponding OE reference, GD&T, and FEA
• Collaborate with vendors on manufacturing details, leveraging an in-depth understanding of metallurgy and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)
• Maintain product technical information for Prophet 21 and its WMS system
• Conduct mechanical tests to support ISO and regulatory requirements
• Ensure adherence to the QMS and proper calibration of all equipment
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, designs, and competitor products to translate them into material/product specifications
• Collaborate with product managers on product development and optimization
• Enhance design specifications and reliability using Geomagic Design X
